Q. Do you bake any desserts that cater to allergies such as nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten etc?
A. When catering for food allergies, it's necessary to use separate equipment to prepare the food products. Regrettably, I don't have space in my kitchen for extra equipment so I can't offer allergen-free desserts.
Q. Can I order a big celebration cake or a whole birthday cake?
A. I specialise in crafting delightful single servings of desserts; I don't make full cakes or elaborate celebration cakes.
Q. Do you have a storefront we can visit?
A. Divine Desserts by Sandra is a council registered home-based kitchen, I don't have a storefront. If you need assistance, you can always email me or send me a message on facebook and I am more than happy to discuss your needs via phone.
Q. How much notice do you need for a custom dessert order?
A. In addition to baking delicious desserts, I also work full-time in Conveyancing. As a result, I kindly ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Since all desserts are made to order and dates can fill up quickly, I suggest placing your order as early as possible.
Q. How can I pay for my custom dessert order?
A. You will receive an invoice via email, which is payable within 7 days by card or bank transfer.
Q. What happens if I need to cancel my custom dessert order?
A. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. There are no refunds if you cancel within 5 days of your order pick up date, this is to cover ingredients I have purchased to make your order.
